ISKA World Cup Homebush 2008 Congratulations to all that Competed, Jake Farnsworth totally dominated his division, not having a single point scored against him on his way to being crowned the ISKA 8 year old, under 25kg world cup champion. It's amazing how calm & relaxed Jake is until he gets on the mat, stares his opponent down & then as if flicking a light switch it's game on. Ara Aroutriounian also competed in both BJJ & Greco Roman wrestling, fighting at a 15kg + disadvantage in the BJJ. Ara had a great match, finishing strong on mount position & taking second place. Sunday morning & back to the ISKA world cup for the adults comp. Robert Sabbaruddin backed up competing in BJJ & Freestyle Wrestling, narrowly missing the finals in BJJ. Veniamin Gialouris submitted all his opponents to take 1st place. Martyn Harris took 2nd place, also getting a submission in the semi finals. Andrew Fu, also getting a submission in his first match was just out pointed in his semi final match, but went on to take 3rd place.
